Get a supplied concept map as a relation

Returns the mappings of a ConceptMap supplied as FHIR R4 JSON as a relation with the columns of pathling_concept_map, without consulting the terminology layer. The resource must carry a url, and content that is not valid FHIR R4, such as the R5 noMap and relationship elements, is rejected.

pathling_concept_map_from_json(pc, json, max_mappings = NULL)

Arguments

pc

The PathlingContext object.

json

The ConceptMap resource as FHIR R4 JSON.

max_mappings

The largest number of mappings accepted. When NULL, 100,000 mappings are accepted. Defaults to NULL.

Value

A Spark DataFrame containing the concept map relation.
