Get a supplied value set as a relation

Returns the membership of a ValueSet supplied as FHIR R4 JSON as a relation with the columns of pathling_value_set. The resource must carry a url, and content that is not valid FHIR R4 is rejected. Where the resource carries an expansion, that expansion is the membership and the terminology layer is not consulted; an incomplete expansion is rejected. Where it carries only a compose, the configured terminology layer expands it.

pathling_value_set_from_json(pc, json, max_members = NULL)

Arguments

pc

The PathlingContext object.

json

The ValueSet resource as FHIR R4 JSON.

max_members

The largest membership accepted. When NULL, 100,000 members are accepted. Defaults to NULL.

Value

A Spark DataFrame containing the value set relation.
